This fashion month was the first time I really met Jason. I have loved his photographs on Citizen Couture for some time, and I was trilled when he wanted to take my picture.
I love how the photos have turned out, he is not only a lovely person but also incredibly talented.
Boots Topshop, Leather-look Leggings Singapore (Far East Plaza), Shirt Yves Saint Laurent, Cape Maison Martin Margiela, Hat The New York Hat Company, and Clutch vintage.
I have wanted to use black and white photos for ages now, but I never want to loose any excitement from the colour of the clothes. This outfit was the perfect opportunity to do it since the whole outfit was black and white anyway!
I love this shirt. I have it in black as well, and it is so beautiful in real life. I remember being obsessed with this collection byStefano Pilatiand the runway show that went with it. The catwalk was covered in purple Pansies, it was just stunning. (See HERE!)
I recently had a chowdown with the wonderfully talented Diane Birch at the Hoss Intropia store in Regents Street. Hoss Intropia invited me along to interview her and have a look around their collection.
I really liked the ethos and vibe of Hoss Intorpia, so relaxed, and yet so traditional.
Diane is a wonderful fit for the brand, both have a independence, and a style that is relaxed and yet extravagant. Hoss Intropia seem to be the perfect town to country clothes, casual enough that you won't ever seem over dressed, but chic and individual enough to always be comment worthy.
Unfortunately on the night I had the remains of Post Fashion Month Flu, so I didn't like to stay around too long incase I infected anyone, not least Diane, who was performing in store later, however you can see what I missed HERE!
I have been addicted to her Album 'Bible Belt' ever since.
I did manage to do the interview, although breathing as far from Diane as possible. I thought that instead of the usual boring 'fashion interview' questions we have all read a million times, I would go with the much loved Proust Questionaire. Here are her very interesting answers...

I have had a couple of requests for a post on what I have in my bag... so here it is!
I think I was probably a little too honest with what I have in bag and should have used a little bit more creative license. Never mind, I will do another in the future with a different bag and more excitement.
So in my mum's 'borrowed' vintage Celine bag is...
Home-grown Artichoke Hearts stuffed with Samphire, Broad Beans and Herbs
Rosemary Roast Beef
Fresh Roast Beetroot Salad with Capers, Cherry Tomatoes, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Fresh Herbs
Parmesan Roast Potatoes
Mixed Home Grown Garden Salad with edible Marigold petals
Junket with Marinated Strawberries and Watermelon
Vanilla Pana cotta with Champagne Jelly and Strawberries
The Smell of Sweetpeas
Sometime ago now, I had a birthday. I can't remember how but I managed to loose these pictures of the food. So when I found them, it was like a lovely reminder of the yumminess of that day.
The Parmesan Potatoes are still some of the best things I have ever eaten and I cant tell you how cute the Pana cotta's were in real life, the colour was divine.
I hope the miracles my mother created in the kitchen here will inspire you to do something wonderful in your kitchens this weekend!

Here are a few more outfits from Paris Fashion Week.
The jumping photo was taken by Craig (of Altamira fame see HERE!) as part of a series, you should definitely check them out, he managed to get some pretty awesome people to jump! Have a little lookie HERE! I clearly need to work on my jumping poses since other people managed to look amazing.
Now I am home again, I am obsessed with cooking and eating! Go figure...
So I have been cooking a lot from FoodGawker (see HERE!). Recently I have made Banana Cupcakes with Caramel Cream Creese Frosting (see HERE!) and American Style Macaroni with a Bacon and Herbed Breadcrumb topping (see HERE!).
Shoes Balenciaga, Skirt vintage, Shirt The Gap, and Belt Hermes.
The winter is coming, full blast. I seem to have missed a season, going from super hot to cold, without that wonderful jumper weather.
Nonetheless the last bare-leg-days are upon us, so I am getting super excited to wear my winter clothes again. Gloves, hats and coats have all been brought to the front of my closet, after my pre-winter clear-out today. I'm not quite finished yet... it is a nightmare deciding what you don't want anymore! I hate getting rid of anything. I think this time it is a necessity though.
Happy Monday!
These are a couple of photos from a shoot I styled for Pete Navey (the Peony Lim in house photographer!). I think they turned out pretty cute... frilly pants and a cat hat is always a winner. The model is Maya.
Shoes Zara, Skirt Zara, T-shirt ASOS, Necklace DAVE, and Belt Gucci,
The weather of late has been so strange. While I was in Paris it felt like July, and now I am back in London, there is talk of snow. How strange to have missed my favourite season, Autumn. Nonetheless the last wave of heat reminded me I still had these pictures to post. I thought it would be nice to break up my fashion month coverage with a little normality.
Shoes Christian Louboutin, Dress vintage, Jacket Stella McCartney, Bag Hermes, and Sunglasses Linda Farrow.
It has been completely boiling in Paris. I packed for October, as in for Autumn, and that has just not happened! So much for scarves and jackets, this is pretty much the only one I have had a chance to wear.
Thankfully I love it, so it was worth the heat stroke.
The jacket is actually my Mother's but I gave it to her for her birthday, so a little persuasion and it was mine for a week.
I cant wait to show you my finds from Paris. Just like NYC I managed to take a few hours out for some much needed retail-therapy.... watch this space!
I know you already read Frassy but just incase you don't make sure you visit her (HERE!), not just for her crazyladycool style but also because she is so super nice and has looked after me for PFW on the Metro and beyond!
